Track Generator provides browser-based tools for music-related prompts, arrangement helpers, MIDI utilities and related features. The service is provided free of charge unless we clearly state otherwise. Features may change, pause or end at any time.
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee:
MIDI, text or other material you upload or type remains yours. By default the static app processes data in your browser and does not claim ownership of your project files. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload and for how you use prompts, MIDI and audio you export. We do not claim ownership of tracks you create with the help of the tool.

Tips or donations are voluntary and do not buy guaranteed features unless explicitly stated. Advertising (for example Google AdSense), if shown, is optional under our cookie choices and does not change the core free access to the tool when ads are declined.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data or costs of substitute tools arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
The Track Generator name, logo, landing page and app design and code are protected by applicable IP laws. You may use the service for its intended purpose. You may not copy the product wholesale for a competing service without permission.
Track Generator helps you build Style and Structure prompts and optional MIDI/WAV helpers. We do not host a paid “generate the final song for you on our Mureka/Suno API” service. Audio models run on third-party platforms under their own accounts and rules.
Path A — Your account on the partner platform. Buttons such as “↗ Suno” or “↗ Mureka” copy prompts and open the partner site (sometimes via an affiliate link). You use your own login, credits and subscription. Rights in any song those platforms generate — including commercial use or selling on their marketplace, if they offer one — are between you and that platform, under their terms. We are not a party to that relationship and do not claim ownership of those songs.
Path B — What stays on Track Generator. Prompts, Musical DNA, multi-track MIDI, WAV previews and browser library items are tools and sketches produced or stored in connection with our free app. We do not claim ownership of your project files. MIDI/WAV from our app are starting material for your own work in a DAW or elsewhere; they are not a finished commercial master from Mureka or Suno unless you create that master on those services under Path A.
Affiliate or referral links, if present, may earn us a commission when you subscribe on a partner site. That does not change who holds the partner account or who owns the partner-generated audio.
We do not currently offer one-click generation billed on our balance where you would pay us but receive no rights in the resulting audio. If that product is ever added, it will be described separately with explicit rights limits before you pay.
Links related to DAWs, Google (including ads), payment processors or other tools are outside our control. Their terms and policies apply when you use them.
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
