Track Generator is a free browser tool. Core generation runs on your device. We only use cookies/storage that you allow, and optional ads analytics if you accept. See also Terms of Use.

1. Who we are

Track Generator (“we”, “the site”) provides a landing page and a web app for music prompts and MIDI helpers. Contact for privacy requests can be added by the operator of this domain.

2. What data we process

Depending on how the site is hosted and which options you enable:

Strictly necessary: language preference (`tg_lang`), cookie consent choice — stored in your browser (localStorage).
App data on your device: library items, tips mode, drafts — stay in your browser (localStorage / IndexedDB). They are not uploaded to our servers by the default static app.
Optional cookies / ads: if you accept, Google AdSense (or similar) may set cookies and collect approximate usage data (pages viewed, device type, general location) according to Google’s policies.
Server logs (if any): a host may log IP and user-agent for security and traffic. Check your host’s policy.

3. Cookies

We use:

Essential — remember language and whether you accepted or declined optional cookies.
Advertising / measurement (optional) — only after “Accept”. Used to show ads and understand traffic. You can decline; the site still works.

You can clear site data in your browser settings at any time.

4. Google AdSense

If AdSense is enabled on this domain, Google may use cookies and similar technologies. See Google Advertising policies and Google Privacy Policy. Ads load only if optional cookies were accepted.

5. Legal bases (EU/EEA/UK)

Essential storage: legitimate interest / necessity to provide the service. Optional ads cookies: consent (you can withdraw by clearing site data and choosing Decline again).

6. Your rights

Depending on your region you may request access, deletion, or objection to optional processing. For data only in your browser, delete site storage locally. For ads, use Google’s ad settings and our cookie banner.

7. Children

The service is not directed at children under 16. Do not use optional ads features if you are not allowed to consent.

8. Changes

We may update this page. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after updates means you acknowledge the new text.
